Design
Emails are professionally designed with your brand in mind and to ensure your message is always delivered with impact. We will work closely with you and employ
tried and tested techniques for getting your message across effectively. A preview of the email will be sent to you for approval.
Testing
Making sure your HTML email works in the many different email clients out there is the most frustrating part of sending email campaigns. Our design
and spam testing tool tests your design in more than 20 of the most popular email clients like Outlook 2007, Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail,
Lotus Notes, including mobile email clients like Blackberry.
Most of the popular email clients enforce image blocking and preview panes these days. Not only will we take screenshots of your design, but we'll
take multiple versions with images on, images off and even how your design looks in the horizontal or vertical preview pane.
Instead of just scanning your content for 'spam words', we'll pass your email through real spam filters. We'll also run your email through a number
of key spam firewalls - the gatekeepers for most ISP's and large corporations.
Can I do this for myself?
Yes, but you'll need to create test accounts at all the free ISP's above like Hotmail and Yahoo, sign up (and pay) for other ISP's like Earthlink
and Comcast, set up a few virtual machines to cover different operating systems and purchase and install each of the spam filters we test in.
Or, we'll do the lot for you.
Setup
We set up your subscriber database - easily exported from your contact management or address book program. We can also provide a
subscribe form for your website. We only work with clients who guarantee their lists are 100% opt-in. Please read and ensure you comply
with our anti-spam policy.
Delivery
Your emails are sent at a day and time of your choice. Emails can also be addressed to the recipient in the body of the email or in the
subject line - improving the response rates for your campaigns and building rapport.
Powerful Reporting
You'll be amazed at the level of detail in our comprehensive statistics software. With secure online access to your own private campaign
reporting system, you can track in real time via colour-coded tables, pie charts and bar graphs, exactly who opens your email, who
clicks each link, which addresses bounce, and so on.
